"Home Warranty Success"
The home warranty the sellers purchased for us certainly came in handy. The boiler was covered. All I have to pay is a $50 deductible while the repair costs were over $900! I reported it on Saturday and it was fixed by the following Monday. It would have been fixed the same day if the broken parts would have been available. If you ever need an affidavit supporting this option I'm your man.
